Our Hen House effectively mainsteams the movement to end the exploitation of animals. Our Hen House produces resources that you can use in order to find your own way to create change for animals. Using video, audio, interviews, reviews, and the written word, it provides daily updates on what you need to create change. The 30 Project brings together key organizations and activists working around the world on addressing hunger, obesity, and agriculture issues to talk about their visions for the food system and the next 30-years. Many of the best anti-hunger and anti-obesity organizations have been so focused on their important work that they have not been able to work together on common challenges. The 30 Project is gathering the best people together to work towards creating a truly healthy and sustainable global food system.
Fresh Food Partnership provides locally-grown, fresh and healthy food to people in need through food pantries, shelters and community programs in a five county area in Northern Michigan. They support local agriculture by buying the food at fair market prices from area farms.
