Dr. Mary Clifton
Mary trained at Michigan State University and has been practicing in Traverse City for ten years. In addition to her successful practice, she speaks nationally on medical and surgical treatment of metabolic bone disease. Her interest in nutrition intensified as more scientific data became available about the tremendous benefits of diet and exercise modification in modifying disease. She has been studying both appropriate lifestyle changes and the psychological support necessary to achieve lasting change. Tuned For Life, a concept she developed with Doug Petersen, promises to be a terrific program which will lead to a lifetime of good health through nutrition, movement, psychology and meditation.
